The client had a long pending task of preparing & filing 150 IDSes within a tight time schedule. He did not have sufficient support staff to help him carry out the task.
The challenge was both the time schedule and the number of entries to be filled in the IDS form.
Each case had over 100 NPLs to be duly formatted and entered.
Solution
An initial call was held to understand the requirements and the capabilities of the team. It was decided to put an eight-member team to work on a tight schedule. The task was divided into formatting the entries, filling the entries, downloading copies from the internet and filing each IDS at the USPTO.
The task could be completed in just 10 working days.
We received good feedback points from the client and now continue to work for them.
