Our client operates in a diverse setup which requires them to outsource certain functions and services to third party vendors which provide them services such as preparing drawings, preparing office action responses and filing patent applications in various countries. These vendors submit invoices for the work done to our client.
Because of the high rate of attrition and the cost involved in training new employees, the client struggled to control costs and retain efficiency. With the intention to bring down the cost of operations the client contacted barcodeIP. They were looking for support who could take up the function and efficiently manage it for them.
The primary focus was streamlining the invoicing process.
We worked with the client during the transition phase to understand the unique challenges and obtained an in-depth understanding of their process.
